Where we currently deliver.
The launch collection is currently available for delivery within the United Kingdom only. Standard UK delivery is included in the listed £48 print price.
Production and delivery.
Persian Wilds prints are made to order. We aim to have orders produced and delivered without undue delay and within 30 days unless a different timeframe is agreed with you. If an unexpected production or delivery issue materially changes the expected timing, we will contact you.
Changed your mind?
For eligible online purchases, you may tell us that you wish to cancel within 14 days after receiving your order. You then have a further 14 days to return the print. Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide the correct return instructions.
Unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning it. Returned work should be packed carefully and handled only as reasonably necessary to inspect it.
Refund timing.
For an eligible cancellation, we will issue the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item or evidence that it has been sent back, as applicable. Because standard UK delivery is included in the product price, there is no separate standard outbound-delivery charge to refund.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect orders.
If your print arrives damaged, faulty or materially different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as practical with your order reference and photographs where useful. Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
